Ordering - Retail
Sego’s Herb Farm has historically been serving the wholesale medicinal herb market. As of 2011 we opened up our farm store to US based retail customers. A limited quantity of our herbs have been set aside for sale to this market.
Pricing –Please contact the farm (instructions below) for current pricing. Pricing is based on the quantity ordered. Customers in the state of Washington will be subject to sales tax on their purchases. Actual shipping charges will be added to your order.
Method of Payment - Checks drawn off of US Bank Accounts and Money Orders. Sorry, we no longer take credit cards due to new regulations.
Unless you are an established wholesale customer of Sego’s Herb Farm, we will only sell our products within the United States.
Pick Your Order Up At Our Farm -We welcome customers to pick their order up directly at our farm. We would be pleased to give you a tour of our facilities and gardens with an appointment. Delivery charges do not apply to those customers that come to the farm.
Certification and Documentation Requests - Upon request, we will gladly provide copies of our organic certificate and certificates of analysis (if available for that specific product).
Ordering - Wholesale
Most of our wholesale customers have been issuing Purchase Orders in the early Spring for our Fall harvest. It is important for you to identify your needs as early as possible in the season so we can set aside enough product to meet your needs.
Pricing – Please contact the farm (instructions below) for current pricing. Delivery charges will be added to your order unless you arrange for shipping through your shipping broker or FedEx/DHL account.
Terms - Net Terms are available only for established and verified companies. A full and complete credit application must be filled out and submitted to Sego's Herb Farm for new customers. To request a credit application please contact Kathy Sego at (360) 263-7757.
Discrepancies, Shortages and Returns - If your order is received with any notable shortcomings, please contact us immediately. All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise and any requests for returns must be made within 60 days of the issued invoice date. Any requests for compensation or remediation will not be accepted after 60 days of the invoice date.
International Wholesale Orders
Sego’s Herb Farm has obtained CITES permits to export goldenseal internationally. All international shipments must go through a phytosanitary inspection (in Seattle, Washington) prior to shipping. This inspection generally costs US$104 - $US120 per shipment. The cost of this inspection is added to the freight charges for international sales. We generally prefer to ship our product using our customer’s shipping agent so as to insure a smoother delivery process.
